K.I.T.
When Jesus walked the earth, He demonstrated His great love for children in Matthew 19:14. Chisholm Trail Baptist Church understands the importance of providing children with a nurturing and safe environment. KIT (kindergarteners, infants, toddlers) offers quality care with teachers sharing God's love. Our teachers and staff love God and children.
Chisholm Trail Baptist Church has a 9:30 Bible Study and a 10:45 a.m. worship service. KIT presents the same Bible story at both hours. However, the story is presented differently and the activities are different.
PHILOSOPHY
When you meet children's needs, you're teaching them to trust. When children are able to trust, this is a step toward trusting Jesus. The KIT area primarily plants and waters seeds leading to salvation.
BIBLICAL LEARNING AND APPLICATION
Fingerplays, music, and Christian storybooks are presented in the infant room.
Quality curriculum is utilized for toddlers through kindergarteners. Many age appropriate Bible learning experiences are offered: learning centers, an activity sheet, coloring sheets, a craft, and snacks.
SECURITY
Family numbers are assigned at check-in. If your child needs you, your number will be displayed behind the pulpit during the service.
Our teachers and staff have submitted to background checks. There are always two teachers in each classroom offering age appropriate activities reinforcing Bible truths.
